This is the goal, to ground my energy, to be of the earth. My energy is heavily concentrated in the third eye chakra, that my lower chakras get neglected. I tend to forget my roots, the fundamentals that keep my steady, organized, and focused. My emotions are filtered through the mind, where fantasies and projections are manifested. Leaning to think more effectively and productively is great, but this thinking needs to have a conduit and that conduit is a more grounded, gut type energy. To think, do, and be more of the earth. This is foreign to me because my head is in the cosmos, a floating head essentially. Simplicity, practicality, the "little things" are just as important as the universal themes and energy that undulates the universe. You must have a foundation to soar from and return to.
