We have the archetypes, but I thought it would be also informative to share some figures from mythology which hold meaning for us.

To me, the various goddesses of the hunt hold significance. I am in the midst in researching the different ones by culture.

A list of a few that I narrowed it down to as per my own interest:

    Neith (Egyptian)
    Devana (Slavic)
    Artemis (Greek)
    Diana (Roman)
    Mielikki (Finnish)
    Dali/Dael (Georgian)
    Skadi (Norse)
    Bugady Musun (Siberian)

I was already somewhat familiar with the Greek and Roman goddesses, Artemis and Diana. But, the rest are new to me. The bow and arrow is significant to me as the tool used, as I find this is the most exemplary of skill and being worthy to the role.
