These poems were written as a child and teenager so yeah they're mostly not that great but I thought I'd post anyways. This one was probably written around age 14 or 15:
Feel it, taste it, touch it, yearn it
Feel it swirl through the air
Lucinda stands on the corridor
Rain in her hair and leaves before her eyes
Red, gold, red, gold
As the lights vanish so does the magic
And when it is gone she yearns it the more
And when it is there she yearns through grey skies
Feel it, touch it, taste it, yearn it
Feel it swirl through the air
The magic is not only yours to keep
Feel it, hear it, keep it in the music
green, grey, green, grey
Let it tug upon all those memories
Then yearn for what you do not know and weep
In shrouds of mist and mystery you lose it
Feel it, taste it, touch it, yearn it
Feel it swirl through the air
Lucinda stands on the corridor
Feel it, taste it, touch it, yearn it
Feel it swirl through the air
The magic is not only yours to keep
Feel it, touch it, taste it, yearn it
Feel it swirl through the air
Feel it, taste it, touch it, yearn it
Feel it swirl through the air
Lucinda stands on the corridor
Rain in her hair and leaves before her eyes
Red, gold, red, gold
As the lights vanish so does the magic
And when it is gone she yearns it the more
And when it is there she yearns through grey skies
Feel it, touch it, taste it, yearn it
Feel it swirl through the air
The magic is not only yours to keep
Feel it, hear it, keep it in the music
green, grey, green, grey
Let it tug upon all those memories
Then yearn for what you do not know and weep
In shrouds of mist and mystery you lose it
Feel it, taste it, touch it, yearn it
Feel it swirl through the air
Lucinda stands on the corridor
Feel it, taste it, touch it, yearn it
Feel it swirl through the air
The magic is not only yours to keep
Feel it, touch it, taste it, yearn it
Feel it swirl through the air
