I'm sorry if this is a random question, but did you come from PerC? You seem familiar...

Finally getting out of the tunnel vision I've been locked into for the past year or so and it's like a different reality has reopened, though of course I still feel sad about it if I let myself think about it... At least this song is still ever so catchy as well.

A friend posted this on FB and this is what I said:

Whoa.. the last new song I started writing started out with very similar chords and vibe, and the lyric "I beg you, heart, keep beating..."

Interesting <3 it started out so similar to my song but then it went somewhere else. Beautiful song and video! It strikes me as a Ji-Se struggle.. breaking out of his own "rigidity" and definition to surrender to the flow of Pe and "chance" at the end.

It's interesting how he lets the women kind of ..push or guide him from the beginning. But he's not really in it. The resistence is deeper. Like he 'checked out,' he's not really present while his body is being moved around. Later on he's fully there, and more of an active participant in the sublime moment. And for him THAT is surrender.
